Study on Mining User Feedback Information Supporting Technical Innovation

摘要：

Users, manufacturers and suppliers are three sources for technical innovation, and mining the potential demands of users will have the vital significance to technical innovations in the enterprise. Based on analyzing user feedback information supporting technical innovation, the article puts forward a data structure organizing user feedback information, and analyzes the method and effect used to ascertain indices of technical innovation in the data structure, and specific application is discussed on the basis of user feedback information of enterprise A.
