Laws of Runoff Variation and Inflow Situation in the Upper Yellow River

摘要：

Based on the analysis for causes and laws of runoff variation and results of flow predicting model on the upper Yellow River, this paper put forward that the precipitation in the upper Yellow River will increase probably over decedes in future, accordingly, it will turn into relative ample-flow phase the next decade.
