Countermeasures for Yellow River Estnary Comprehensive Treatment

摘要：

Based on deeply analyses of the main existing problems of Yellow River estuary treatment, the requirements of Yellow River downstream flood control and sedimentation reduction and estuary area socio- economic development and ecoenvironment protection, this paper put forward the strategy for Yellow River estuary comprehensive treatment as well as the countermeasures for flow path into sea, flood control, storm tide control, water resources utilization and protection, eco-environment protection, management system and investment mechanism for the purpose of further coordination of the relationship among Yellow River estuary treatment, ecoenvironment protection, and socio- economic development in Yellow River delta area.
