Important Measures to harness the Yellow River Estuary--The Idea of Conducting the Land Reclamation in the Yellow River Estuary

Recently, blocking, arranging, adjusting, putting, digging is the main way to govern the Yellow River silt. The area of the Yellow River estuary has the worlds best young land. We use the water volume to maintain a healthy life of the Yellow River and plan to go on the land reclamation which will reduce the deep river estuary, extend the life of the river and transform the land. This is an important event that will benefit the contemporary era and future generations. So we should actively promote. This paper attempts to demonstrate the feasibility of soil and the alluvial effect of the river estuary through investigating the local environment.
