Discussion about the Construction of the Water Quality Security System in Supplying Water with the Yellow River

摘要：

This article briefly describes the present situation of water quality security of the Yellow River and the problems existing in the construction of the water quality security system in supplying water with the Yellow River. And we also discuss the way and the measures that should be taken from the different views of the government department, the water administrative department controlling the Yellow River and the water providers, in solving the problems existing in the construction of the water quality security system in supplying water with the Yellow River. At last, the opinions about the water quality security in supplying water with the Yellow River are proposed.
