Analysis and Calculation of Agricultural Risk Compensation in Water Right Transition
It analyzed main factors which might affect agricultural water amount under water fight transferor. Based on damaged degree of diversion flow at different water coming frequency, influence of agricultural water use caused by water right transfer was analyzed and relationship between different water coming frequency and water deficit was established. Then calculated agricultural water deficit and cost of agricultural risk compensation. Calculation formulas of agricultural risk compensation were put forward through the above analysis and disunity problems on the cost was solved.
