Application of Information Technology in Water Project Administration

摘要：

The development of information technology brings significant changes to every sector of the society including water project construction administration. This paper discusses the importance of using information technology in water project construction administration by exploring several IT application stages in water project construction administration and introducing the development and implementation of Yellow River water project construction and administration system.
