DEVELOPMENT OF FINITE VOLUME MODEL FOR KDV TYPE EQUATION
The one dimensional model concerning KdV type equation on which extended Boussinesq equation is based is developed by using finite volume method. This developed model can solve solitary wave propagation problems and can be applied on unstructured grids. Also,nonphysical oscillations are controlled by exploiting TVD schemes
