CHARACTERISTICS OF FLOW RESISTANCE IN FLOODPLAIN WITH NON-SUBMERGED RIGID VEGETATION

摘要：

The dimension of flow resistance factors of non-submerged rigid vegetation in floodplain was analyzed. The formulas of drag coefficient CD and equivalent Manning’s roughness coefficient nd were educed by analyzing the force of the flow of non-submerged rigid vegetation in floodplain. The flow characteristics and mechanism of non-submerged rigid vegetation in floodplain were studied through flume experiment.
