A SYNCHRONOUS SUPPLY-DEMAND MODEL OF THE PORT SUPPLY CHAIN BASED ON VERTICAL STRATEGIC ALLIANCE

摘要：

Basing on the double-fan style supply chain structure mode of harbor group which based on strategic alliance, the paper studies the supply and demand synchronized problem. So as to make synchronized supply and demand plan for the port supply chain with taking account into demand uncertainty. It’s well be elaborated that the found progress of supply and demand plan model. Moreover, taking account into demand uncertainty, a two-stage stochastic programming model with recourse problem is established for synchronized supply and demand plan. By mathematic calculation, the supply chain system will be optimize entirety.
