EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON STRENGTHENED REINFORCED CONCRETE PLANK IN THE MARINE CONSTRUCTION BY USING CFRP
Under the function, the reinforced concrete plank of the marine construction can easily get to be cracked in the stress area, particularly in the bottom of the plank that locates in the wave district. The ion of chlorine in the sea water can easily seep through the crack onto the reinforced bar surface, thus leads to fast corrosion, the decreasing of load and endurance, and deterioration of construction function even safety problems. Therefore, the study of carbon fiber reinforcement for the reinforced concrete plank in the marine construction has actual and obvious meanings. This paper precedes experimental contrast analysis according to the carbon fiber glue excel, the circumstantial strain, deflection and the crack development of the normal benchmark planks and carbon fiber reinforced planks with different amount of carbon fiber. The research mainly lies in the exaltation regulation in the cross-section of the carbon fiber reinforced planks and the occurrence, development process of the cracks according to the increase of load before and after the reinforcement of the plank, and the regulation of decrease for the plank cracks. Meanwhile, the influence regulation of the reinforcement effect and the displacement variation regulation before and after the reinforcement of the planks under different sticking methods and different carbon fiber amount are also researched.
