A 2D NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF THERMAL PLUME DISPERSION IN DATANG POWER PLANT

In this paper, the nested method based on semi-implicit and Eulerian-Lagrangian finite difference method is used to simulate tidal current field in the BaiMa river of Sansha bay, Fujian, which Datang power plant is located, and moving boundary method was applied. The heat transport model considered with water flux at outlet is used to simulate the process of warm water diffusion, and given the characteristic value of the temperature field in various experimental groups. Results for experiments design and environmental assessment was provided.
