Advances of SCF mechanism and applications in drug loaded particles

摘要：

Supercritical fluids is classified to be solvent, anti-solvent and solute in principle according to the different function in the process. The mechanism, processes and research of recent supercritical fluids tech. in the preparation of the drug, drug/polymer particles (e. g. nanoparticles, microshperes, liposomes, solid dispersion, etc.) are reviewed.
