EXTRACTING BUILDING GEOMETRY FROM RANGE IMAGES OF CONSTRUCTION SITES
Modeling from range images offers promise for cost effective digital modeling of construction sites. However, most commercial software lack support for automatic alignment of range images and automatic geometry extractionnor also do they deal with the time-dimension. This can hinder automatic digital modeling. In this paper, we describe a solution that addresses these drawbacks.
