Daily Deformation Monitoring and Analysis of High Cable Pylon of Su-Tong Bridge
Firstly, the significance of the daily deformation monitoring for cable pylon is mentioned, and the deformation reasons and consequences are analyzed. Secondly, combining with the characteristics of high cable pylon of Su-Tong Bridge, the monitoring plan is elaborated, including precision estimation, monitoring points distribution, monitoring time, observations and so on. In order to collect monitoring data of points setting on pylon quickly and accurately, a program based on TCA2003 is developed, which can realize monitoring automatically and repetitively. Finally the monitoring data is analyzed; and the deformation rule of different part of pylon in construction time is summarized. The conclusion has the very good reference value to confirm the design, the instruction for following construction as well as the scientific research and so on.
