Design and Application of Bridge Crack Non-Contact Detection System
In order to make up insufficiency of existent method of crack detection, and adapt request of modem bridge detection, in this paper a set of bridge crack non- contact detection system is researched based on the fundament of digital photogrammetry. Firstly basic principle of this system is introduced, and a kind of new coordinate transformation method which called measure distance method is put forward. Then under the direction of design principle, the design project of system is proposed, and the composition and function of the hardware system and the software system are introduced. The application of system to project indicated that, this system could satisfy the measure precision of bridge crack, and has the characteristic of long-distance, non-contact, high accuracy and real time. So it has important meaning for detection and evaluation of damaged bridge.
