Analysis of Viscoelastic Damage of Asphalt Pavement
Relaxation moduli function under differential temperature for asphalt concrete are determined by the thermorheological simplicity of viscoelastic materials. The initial damage and fracture zone are determined by the approach of coupling analysis of fracture mechanics and damage mechanics. Based on viscoelastic damage theory, failure process of the asphalt pavement in which surface cracks were included is simulated by applying approach of coupling analysis of fracture mechanics and damage mechanics (cafmdm).
