Transforming Supply Systems of Urban Housing for the Low Income Families in Guangzhou City Since the Early 1980s: Reality and Evaluation

摘要：

Chinas reform of economic and institutional system has greatly and gradually influenced on the characteristics of the public housing supply for the low income families. This paper described and evaluated the changing models of public housing supply in Guangzhou city; and, based on which, it advanced a new framework of public housing supply system fitting the new condition characterized by the market economy. The other cities in China can get some valuable lessons from the case of Guangzhou.
