The self-excited vibration mechanism and diagnosis of turbo generator set

摘要：

The oil whip/surge and steam flow vibration are the two kinds unstable self-excited vibration of turbo generator set shafting. Based on the self-excited vibration mechanism analysis, the vibration of the turbo generator set has been studied by the technology of the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis in this paper. The reasons of the vibration were found and the rebuilding measures have been provided, the turbo generator set has been rebuild. The vibration feature and countermeasure of the turbo generator set self-excited vibration have been suggested.
