A quality inspection method of blade based on genetic algorithm
Surface of turbine blade is generally formed by fitting several section curves which is described by a series of discrete design points. In this paper the section curve of blade is constructed as cubic B- spline by interpolating design points;the real-number encoding genetic algorithm is proposed for matching between measure points and design curve;A new algorithm of finding the least distance between measure points and design curve is presented and used in evaluating the profile error of blade;the experiment results show that the proposed method can acquire better evaluation results rapidly.
