Study on properties of heat transfer and scaling for gas-liquid two-phase flow in the vertical tube
The decreasing of heat transfer coefficient due to the fouling deposit is a difficult problem in the field of energy engineering all along. Gas was introduced into the heat exchanger to form gas-liquid flow in the experiment. The properties of heat transfer and anti-fouling characteristics were studied. It demonstrates that it can not only increase the heat transfer coefficient, but also has the ability of anti-fouling, and maintaining the heat exchanger running efficiency due to the effect of bubble disturbing and breaking up.
