Research on microstructure of Zn-based polymer nanocomposite
The Zn-based nanocomposites are made by high-energy ball mill. The microstructure of Zn-based nanocomposite is studied by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results show that the Zu-based function nanocomposite can be made by high-energy ball mill. As mill time increases, the size of zinc powders decreases in the nanocomposite. The zinc powders reach to about 100nm when mill time reaches to 100 hours. The zinc powders are in parallel form, which are even rounded by PVC coating.
