Influence of sinter temperature on the structure and magnetism of the composition system La0.9Sr0.1MnO3/γ-Fe2O3
Nano powders La0.9Sr0.1MnO3 and soft-ferrite γ-Fe2O3 have been prepared using soft-chemistrymethod, and g-Fe2O3 was doped in La0.9Sr0.1MnO3 with different ratio, and then was sintered at differenttemperature. The samples have been investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). It is found that the two powders La0.9Sr0.1MnO3 and γ-Fe2O3 keep in their structure and ingredient respectively after being annealed under high temperature, and there is no new phase engender. The residual magnetization and specific saturation magnetization of the composition system are higher with the rising temperature. The influence of the sinter temperature on the grain size of the sample is the main reason which leads to the change of coercivity.
