Preparation and Magnetic properties of clavate Nano-SrFe12O19 Particles prepared by sol-gel Method
In order to prepare nano-SrFe12O19 with clavate and excellent magnetism properties, first design the orthogonal experiment. Though the experiment, the influence of pH value, the water volume, the citric acid amount, calculation time and calculation time on the grain diameter is inspected. the optimum craft condition of preparation of nano-SrFe12O19 with pure and dispersed is that The mol ratio of citric acid and metal atomic is 1:1, the optimum PH value is 6, the volume of water is 120ml, calcinations time is 2h at 850 . ℃ On the base of the optimum craft condition obtained, the clavate nano-SrFe12O19 have been prepared by adding a little stearic acid as dispersant to control the generation type of gel in the process of adding the citric acid, or mixing KBr into dry-sol to control the growth rate of SrFe12O19 about all crystal face in the process of calcinations, and the crystal structure, morphology and particle size, and magnetic properties of clavate nano-SrFe12O19 particles prepared were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and infrared spectrum (IR), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), respectively. magnetic properties of clavate nano-SrFe12O19 particles prepared at different technology were compared, and mechanism of influence of the additive on the morphology of nano-SrFe12O19 was studied in this work.
