The Preparation and Characterization of Rare-Earth Lanthanum and Cerium Doped TiO2 Film
Rare-earth doped nanocrystalline TiO2 films were prepared by depositing lanthanum and cerium onto the glass substrate via sol-gel method. The effects of the doped Lanthanum and cerium on the properties of the resulting film, such as surface topography and photocatalysis properties, were analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD), Scanning electron microscope(SEM) and ultraviolet-visible(UV-Vis) spectrophotometer.
