Influence of Fiber Doped with InP Nano Clusters to The Nonlinear Phase Shift
Form deducing the formula of nonlinear phase shift in self-phase modulation, we gain three key variables of influencing nonlinear phase shift: effective mode field area of fiber, nonlinear refractive index of fiber, and relationship of third-electric susceptibility of fiber. From researching the relationship and action mechanics of these variable quantities, and calculating the nonlinear phase shift of fiber doped with InP nano clusters, we gain influence results of various variable quantities to nonlinear characteristic of fiber doped. Results show that the nonlinear characteristic has an obvious increase behind fiber doped.
