Study on synthesis of nano-pigment by inorganic crystallization coated with organic dyes and the morphology control
Non-nacreous granular nano-pigment (about 10nm) and nacreous flake-shaped nano-pigment (10-30nm) were prepared by using different OH- Coordination Number of Al(III) reacted with dyes contained sulfonic group, characterized by TEM, SEM, IR, and laser grain-size distribution meter, through quantum chemistry computational result and IR spectrum data, two nucleation models of nano-pigment and the growth mechanisms were proposed.
