The relationship between the quality of polyaniline/magnetic fluid nanoparticles and oxidants quantify ration
A series of different oxidant content of conductive polyaniline (PANI)/magnetic fluid (Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4ferrite)nanoparticles were made in this experiment. The relationship between the quality of polyaniline / magnetic fluid nanoparticles and oxidant- ammonium persulphate(APS)s quantify ration has been analysed by methods of IR, UV, ESEM and XRD. Samples magnetic and electrical properties have been tested. The results showed that in polyaniline / magnetic fluid nanoparticles, with the increase dosage of APS, the orderliness and crystallinity of polyanilines molecular chain improved. The Particle size of polyaniline/magnetic fluid nanoparticles expanded with the increase dosage of APS; When the dosage of APS less than 1.2g, magnetic fluid / polyaniline were spherical nanoparticles; more than 1.2g, magnetic fluid / polyaniline nanoparticles were short stick. The conductivity of polyaniline / magnetic fluid nanoparticles reduced with the increase dosage of APS. Saturation magnetization and the coercivity changed a little.
