Preparation mechanism ,Physics characteristic and Anti-tumor activity of Nano-scheelite

Eu3 +-doped nano-scheelite have been prepared by Pechini method and the size of the nano-particle is about 30-50nm. The XRD, TEM and HRTEM were used to give a microcosmic description about the particles appearance and crystal structure. The result of fluorescence spectrum proved that the luminescent performance of nano-scheelite is different from massive material. It also proved that there was a relation between luminescent properties and crystal structure of Eu3 + in nano-scheelite. So the HRTEM image and HRTEM simulated image can intuitively show the atomic site in nano-scheelite. We also used MTT method to examine the anti-tumor activity. As the concentration increasing, the inhibiting effect was enhanced immediately, presenting a quantity dependence relation. The fluorescence spectrum result and structure analysis showed that the anti-tumor activity related to the physical nature.
