CD146 of low concentration detection with real-time total internal reflection imaging ellipsometry
Biosensor with the total internal reflection imaging ellipsometry (TIRIE)was presented before. The biosensor with TIRIE using an evanescent wave as optical probe to monitor bio-molecular interaction in micro-array on chip showed a high sensitivity owing to its property of phase sensitive. Here, its used for a quantitative detection of CD146 with the concentration of 0.1 to 100 ng/ml in order to realize a high sensitive quantification. The optimization of experiment conditions, the performance and the real time experiment results were shown and evaluated.
