DNA detection with DNA chip based on Gold nanoparticles probes﹡
DNA detection with DNA chip based on gold nanoparticles (AuNP) probes was introduced here. Gold nanoparticles were enriched 10 times by centrifugation. The amount of thiolated oligonucleotide used to modify gold nanoparticles could decrease to 1/10 than before enrichment. And this method couldnt affect the synthsis of AuNP probes as well as detection limit. The detection limit of DNA target with chip based on AuNP probes can reach to 10-12M. The hybridization signal is best with captured probes, detecting probes modified with gold nanoparticles and their complementary DNA target.
