System Setup For The Research of AFM Tip and Sample Interaction In The Process of Nano Manipulaiton
The main goal of Nano technology is to analyze and understand the matter at the atomic and molecular level. The AFM tip based Nano manipulation system plays an important role in the field of Nano research. While nearly all the system is designed in the commercial AFM machine, the software and hardware is not open well to perform the Nano manipulation. This paper report an open system designed to perform the constant height and force scanning in Nano scale, which will help us to build a Nano manipulation system.
