Preparation and Characterization of Nanometer Copper-Rare earth alloy Powders

This experiment use KBH4 as the reducing material. The CuSO4 as the raw material by chemical reduction method to prepare nano-copper powders, mix Ce(NO3)3 into the process of chemistry compound, research the function of Ce. In the response and unifies the ultra sound field he function, after had finished to a nanometer copper powder with XRD, has carried on the attribute. The results showed that copper powder was sphere, with the mixture of RE its average size is tens to several hundred nm, comparing to the no-RE the size is increasing, but the powders,is,more,well-distributed. It,have,the,function,of,reduce,the,agglomeration. There are good distribution and high transformation ratio with the ultrasonic wave. The products granularity is related to the C(KBH4), C(CuSO4) and the content of Ce and PVP, speed of response by using this system to produce nanometer copper powder, cupric sulfate concentrations to the granularity CuSO4 decisive role.
