Experiment Research on Carbon Nanotube Field Emission Performance with Flat Grid Structure

Field emission display of carbon nanotube include triode structure and diode structure.The latter drive voltage is high and its modulating voltage scope is wide, so the resolvent is found by studying the flat grid structure.And this offers reference for safe field emission operation. Experiment indicates :the vision brightness can be controlled and grid modulating circuit is protected by adjusting anode voltage. The problem of minishing grid voltage and its modulating voltage scope can be solved by increasing anode voltage ,shortening the distance between cathode and anode and the aged grid.
