The Driver Circuit For Ti-based Nano-diamond Coating Field Emission Display

It simply introduces the process for the cathode of Ti-based nano-diamond coating field emission display,then giving the experimental results of the cathode field emission characteristic test. After designing the logic circuits at the base of 51 chip microcomputer control center as well as the high voltage driving circuits based high voltage driving chip IR2113 and high voltage MOS,it gives the row scanning driving waveform. At the same time, it composes the control driving program with 51 assembler language and realizes the dynamic display of the simple graphs and characters,which is at the base of the device of Ti-based nano-diamond coating FED with 16 ×16 matrix. Finally,it gives the methods of attachment,which are connected to the chip microcomputer of driving circuit and the back logic control circuit in order to realize large-screen display.
