STRUCTURE AND LIGHT ABSORPTION ABILITY OF PHOTOCATALYTIC MATERIAL NANO CRYSTALLITES WO3·NiO·0.33H2O

The composite semiconductor nano crystallites WO3·NiO·0.33H2O were synthesized by using composite surfactant as dispersant directing agent and appling the microwave radiation method. The XRD,TEM , BET, XPS and UV-Vis D R S techniques were used to characterize the structure and light adsorption ability of them. The results show that materials synthesized by microwave radiation are smaller crystallite size,larger hole,larger specific surface area,is of 66.37 m2·g-1 . Using composite surfactant and Ni-doped, can promote the dispersion of WO3·0.33H2O, which effectively prevents WO3·0.33H2O from aggregation and diminishes the size of crystallite and enhance the specific surface . WO3·NiO·0.33H2O can expand the light absorptivity wavelength lengthens to 600nm, raise its utilization to the light energy and photocatalytic activity. The morphological of the solid materia is affected with temperature and composite surfactant.
