High-energy level linear Stark effect of CdS/HgS/CdS spherical nanometric system
Electronic energy and wave function of three-layer spherical nanometric system in homogeneous electric field is solved. From the example of CdS/HgS/CdS spherical nanometer system, the influence of applied field and sample size to the shift of Stark energy level is discussed. The results show that (1) spherical nano systems CdS/HgS/CdS external electric field, Stark will happen. The law of level effect-split-level resemble as hydrogen atom, but with different displacement of enery levels; (2) the vary of the displacement of energy level with the influence of linear will be acted by the energy level, the displacement of some energy level decreased with the increase of linear, but some is reverse; (3) spectral line frequency of the sample-size decreased with the increase of linear, but the extent of reduction will be at the effect of level of energy.
