The Preparation of antimony-doped Tin Dioxide

A high yield of conductive ATO ( antimony-doped tin dioxide ) was successfully achieved by chemical coprecipitation method of one-dope using antimony trichloride and stannic chloride as raw materials. Effects of processing parameters such as antimony content, accelerant, reaction PH value, heating temperature and heating time was investigated.
