Study of photocatalysis properties and Preparation of TiO2 thin films by Spray-Pyrolysis
In this article was simply introduced the present research status of Ti02 thin film and also introduced the photocatalysis mechanism、preparation methods as well as the applications of nano-Ti02 thin film. By using Spray-Pyrolysis，we acquired a series of Ti02 thin film through alert the technology parameter；we study the film structure and influence factors，deeply discussed the performance of thin film，and also study on relations between film properties and preparation conditions，which provide certain theoretical guidance in preparation of high-quality thin films.
