The Preparation and Characterization of rare-earth Doped TiO2 Film

摘要：

Rare-earth doped nanocrystalline TiO2 film depositing onto a glass substrate were prepared via sol-gel method. The effect of rare-earth doping on the properties of the resulting film, such as surface topography and photocatalysis properties, was analyzed with the aid of X-ray diffraction(XRD), Scanning electron microscope(SEM) and ultraviolet-visible(UV-Vis) spectrophotometer.
