Study of the Properties of Nanometer TiO2 Thin Films Synthesized By Sol-Gel Method
As a kind of new functional materials, nanometer TiO2 receives a much research interesting due to their widely potential applications. In this paper, TiO2 nanocrystals have been synthesized by collodial chemistry method and following annealled at 500 ℃, and their properties of TiO2 nanocrystals have been studied as well. The synthesized TiO2 nanocrystals with an average size of 25 nm are closed compacted in a uniform thin film observed by means of scanning electronic spectroscopy (SEM). The X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis show that TiO2 nanoparticles are mainly characterized of anatase structure after annealing.
