ZnS纳米粒子的合成与表征

摘要：

ZnO nanospheres have been prepared by using ZnSO4·7H2O and Na2S in polygol (PEG) solution. These nanostructures were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), UV-vis spectroscopy (UV-vis), Laser raman scattered spectrometer (Raman), Photoluminescence (PL). The results indicated that ZnS nanospheres has good optical performance.
