Chemistry Preparation Technique and Progress of Nanoparticle Zinc Oxide
Zinc oxide is a kind important semiconductor material, which is widely applied in process of photo device, heterogeneous catalysts and photo catalysts, solar cell. Nanoparticle zinc oxide possesses many special properties. Some of the properties depend on particle size and preparation method to great extent. There exist a lot of preparation methods of nanoparticle zinc oxide and new preparation investigations are continuously reported. Main chemistry preparation techniques and the newest reports were summarized in this review. Their characteristics were discussed along with analysis of our previous researches.
