Preparation of high-purity nano-scaled zinc oxide
The direct precipition of zinc sulfate and sodium hydroxide as raw materials disassembled into the reactive ion exchange and regeneration of resins. the precursors was synthesized from the particle dispersed system by anion exchange resin beads regenerated.and Zn2SO4 solution .Then nanosized ZnO was prepared by the decomposition of the precursors in muffle oven for 3 hours at 500℃. The structure and morphology were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction , SEMwith EDX . The functions of dispersing and ordering of the bores and groups of ion exchange resin beads was discovered to morphology and scale of nanosized ZnO, meanwhile absorbed SO4 2- by the resin particle and the stiff rinsing of colloid reduced regeneration of resins.
