Prepation of waterborne crosslinking nano-complex traffic coatings

A elastic wear and water resistance traffic coatings which using water soluable elastic polyurethane resin 2344 modified by fatty acid composite with hydrophlic aliphatic isocyanate 2306, pigments and filler was obtained, but Its long No-pick-up time is not fit for traffic paint.The elastic resin 2342 modified by silane coupling agent KH560 was blended with nano-silica, polyfunctional amine, pigments and assistants to obtain an excellent environmental crosslinking traffic coatings. The wartborne nano-complex traffic coatings are fast dry, stong wear, water and weather resistance.The test results show that the modified elatic resin by silane coupling agent as binder in the traffic coatings can enhanced the drying speed, adhesive and water resistance. Nano-silica, mica and glass power ea al used in the coating are cooperative with the functional elastic resin and polyfunctional amine, improve the properties of coating on hardness, wear and ultraviolet light resistance, and make the coatings meet with the special needs of the traffic coatings.
