Mesoporous SiO2 with Ionic Conductive Performance
Ordered-mesoporous silica and phosphorus-doped mesoporous silica materials were synthesized. The mesostructure of the synthesized samples were investigated by means of N2-adsorption XRD and HRTEM. AC conductivity measurements of the sample were carried out by impedance spectroscopy. The results from SXRD and HRTEM indicate that the materials synthesized have an ordered structure. N2-adsorption isotherm test shows that the samples are mesoporous materials, the pore-size of them has a range from 2nm to 4 nm. The samples have relatively narrow pore-size distributions in the BJH curve and have BET surface areas of 420-540 cm2/g.The data of the impedance spectroscopy indicate that both silica mesoporous and phosphorus-doped mesoporous silica have ion conductivity, they are 0.23S/cm and 0.36S/cm, the latter has a better conductibility.
