Preparation and token of nano-silica

The preparation of nano-silica by chem-deposit method is using basic silicon sol and abio-acid as materials，deionized water and alcohol as medium. Through adding condign dispersant, choosing appropriate temperature and pH value of the reaction system，after vacuum dehydrate dryness and fine sifting，a stable nano-silica powder was gotten. The best conditions of this method as follows: the reaction temperature is 50℃，pH value is 7.5～8.0，the concentration of the reaction silicon sol mass is 10～20％，and the reaction time is 45min。The result shows that the prepared nano-silica powder having particle size 20～40 nm，good dispersing and its pure exceeds 99％. This method is sample and applied, can fit the industrial production.
