Preparation of ZnO/TiO2 Nanometer Powders by Homogeneous Precipitation
The ZnO/TiO2 nanometer Powders were producing by Homogeneous Precipitation using Na2CO3 as precipitator, the process and parameters were also studied in this paper. The result shows the process parameters for producing ZnO/TiO2 Nano-meter Powders are that the pH value is from 2.45 to 2.55, the mol proportion of ZnO and TiO2 is 1:1~1:3, the temperature of calcining is 500℃,and the time of calcining is 3-4h. The results also show that the ZnO and TiO2 of composite nanometer powders not mix together simply, but connect together by chemical bond, the size is between 20 to 40nm. The TG-DTA curve shows that the absorptivity for ultraviolet radiation of ZnO/TiO2 nanometer powders is much more than the single nanometer ZnO or nanometer TiO2, and it also can fetch up the limitation of shielding ultraviolet radiation for some wave band of single nanometer.
