Preparation and Study On the Phase Transformation of TiO2-SiO2 Composite Powders and Thin Films
The TiO2-SiO2 (TiO2:SiO2=9:1,in mol)composite powders and thin films on quartz sheet were prepared by a sol-gel method. The phase transformation activity of composite powders and thin films were investigated by X-ray diffraction. The results show that phase transformation temperature of thin films from anatase to rutile shift higher than that of composite powders ,and that the phase transformation temperature of thin film decrease with the increase of aging time at room temperature.
