Effects of coupling agent on structure and properties of polyimide/nano-alumina hybrid films
The PI/ alumina hybrid films were prepared , the nano- Al2O3powders were treated by different kinds of coupling agent, then dispersed uniformly into polyamic acid by some modes under the assistant of ultrasonic. The microtopography, aggregation structure, thermal stability, electric breakdown strength and mechanics performance were characterized and tested. The results show that coupling agent affeet aggregation structure of PI hybrid films.The results indicated that the PI hybrid film modified by KH550 coupling agent has the optimal thermal stability and mechanics performance; and the PI hybrid film modified by AE3012 coupling agent has the optimal electric breakdown strength.
